Original Florals

Florals as you see them in my paintings are representational and realistic. The representational florals are fun to do. In Peaceful Colors I use different floral shapes to achieve a floating feeling, a swirl of colors. Blue Iris presented the challenge of realistically capturing each petal and its light source, only to reveal the inner depths of this beautiful flower. Florals: joy, delight, fragile majesty!
